Ho’olei: Project completed December, 2007. Completely furnished “hibiscus” unit including area rugs, and window coverings to comply with Grand Wailea rental program standards.
Makena Surf: Project completed January, 2008. Worked as project coordinator for extensive remodel. Selected General Contractor, sourced materials including porcelain tile, cabinetry, granite, appliances, sinks, faucets, tile and trims for bathroom showers, and lighting. Upon completion, all new furniture, area rugs, window coverings, bedding, and art was installed.
Wailea Beach Villas: Completely furnished four units including window coverings, and area rugs.
Wailea Kialoa: Completely furnished 4,000 square foot custom home including window coverings.
Highlands: Completely furnished 7,000 square foot custom home for developer wishing to sell. The home sold one month after the furniture was installed.
Kaanapali Shores: Largest project to date. Sold 430 complete furniture packages to individual owners including window coverings and carpet.
Ke Alii Kai: Parade of Homes entry – Complete furniture package for home and Ohana including carpet and window coverings for developer.
Kaanapali Alii: 3 model units for developer Omori Corporation Alii. Numerous other units furnished for owners.
Member in good standing with the American Society of Interior Design as an Allied member for nine consecutive years.
